Why this exists
Almost every pest control owner knows their website should have more on it. Almost none of them have the time. The season starts, the phone rings, and the blog that was going to be updated every week gets three posts in February and nothing after.
Meanwhile the customer they wanted has already searched, read somebody else’s page about carpenter ants, and called the company whose name was on it. That is not a marketing problem. It is a capacity problem, and it is solved by paying somebody whose only job is to keep publishing.
So this company does one thing: 4 articles a month, researched, written, published and measured, for $1,200. No packages to choose between, no upsells waiting in month four, and no service we are secretly better at than the one you bought.
Where the name comes from
Nobody calls a pest control company first. They find something under the sink, they search, and they read. The call is the second thing they do, and it goes to whoever wrote the page that answered them.
We write what they read before they call. Hence the name.
How we work
One trade, one service.
We write for pest control companies. Not home services generally, not "local business content". Narrow is why we already know what a callback looks like, why termite work is sold differently from ant work, and why the answer to "is it safe for my dog" has to be exact.
A person writes it.
Modern tools help with research and first drafts. Nothing reaches your website without being rewritten and checked by somebody who has spoken to you and knows what your licence allows you to say.
We report honestly.
Revenue we can prove came from an article and revenue we merely influenced are two different claims, so they are two different numbers and we never add them together. Most agencies quietly do.
We publish it, not just deliver it.
Articles sitting in a shared document earn nothing. Everything we write goes live on your site, formatted and linked, without you touching it.
Everything belongs to you.
The articles are yours from the day they are paid for. If you leave, nothing is taken down and nothing is held back. We do not gate your own content behind staying.
No lock-in.
Month to month, 30 days’ notice, no cancellation penalty. A retainer that survives only because the exit is painful is not a business we want to run.
What we do not claim
This section is here because it is the one every owner tests on the phone call anyway. Better to have answered it already.
We are not pest control technicians.
We have never treated a house and we will never pretend to have. What we are good at is asking you the right questions and turning what you know into pages that people find and trust.
We cannot promise a ranking.
Nobody can. Anyone who guarantees position one either does not understand search or is about to do something to your site you will regret. What we guarantee is the work: four good articles, published, every month.
We do not buy links.
Paid link schemes work until the day they get your site penalised, and undoing that costs more than it ever earned. We are not willing to risk your website to make a chart look better.
We are not an agency.
No account managers, no layers, no rotating team. You deal with the person doing the work. That is a limit on how many companies we can take, and it is deliberate.
The only claim worth making
A page about how good a writer is, is not evidence. The writing is. We publish the same kind of articles we would write for you — about running a pest control company, aimed at the owner rather than the homeowner — and you can judge the standard before you pay anything.
