The service
Four articles a month, written and published for you
Researched, written in your voice, optimised properly and put live on your website. 1,200–1,800 words each, 4 every month, without you writing a word.
The four kinds of article
Every month’s batch is a mix of these. Guides bring the traffic, local pages bring the nearby traffic, buying questions bring the people who are ready, and seasonal pieces are published before the phone starts ringing rather than during.
The pest guides
One pest, one page. What it is, how to tell you have it, what actually gets rid of it, and what it costs to treat. These are what people search at eleven at night when they find something in the kitchen.
The local pages
Your service written for the towns you cover. Real local detail — the seasons, the housing stock, the pests that come with both — so the page reads like it was written by somebody who lives there.
The buying questions
Pricing, contracts, safety around children and pets, how long treatment takes, whether it is worth doing yourself. The questions a customer asks before they are willing to call anyone.
The seasonal pieces
Published before the season, not during it. Ants in spring, wasps in summer, rodents in autumn, termite swarms before they start — so the page is already ranking when demand arrives.
How we choose the topics
You never have to think of a subject. Topics are planned a quarter ahead, so nobody is inventing something to write about the day before a deadline.
What people actually search
We start from the phrases people type in your area, not from a list of pest names. "Are mice dangerous" and "how to get rid of mice in walls" are two different articles with two different readers, and only one of them is close to calling somebody.
What your competitors already own
There is no point in being the ninth page about ants in your town. We look at what already ranks near you, find the questions nobody has answered properly, and write those first.
What you already know
The best material in these articles comes from you. The thing you explain to customers every week, the mistake homeowners always make, the treatment everybody asks about — that is what makes the page read like an expert wrote it, because one did.
How it is written
An article that ranks and does not convert is a vanity metric. These are written to be read by a worried homeowner and to end with them calling you.
Plain, not padded
No "in today’s fast-paced world". A homeowner with wasps in the soffit wants the answer in the first paragraph, and burying it costs you the call.
Specific to you
Your services, your prices where you want them public, your warranty, your service area, your name. Generic content ranks badly and converts worse.
Honest about limits
Where a homeowner genuinely can handle something themselves, we say so. It is the sentence that makes a reader trust the rest of the page — and the one that makes them call when it is beyond them.
Checked for facts
Pesticide names, application rules and anything that touches safety get checked before it goes on your site. You are the one whose licence is on the page.
On AI
We use modern tools for research and first drafts, the same way an accountant uses software. Nothing reaches your website without being rewritten, fact-checked and edited by a person who has spoken to you. You are paying for the judgement and the accountability, and you always know who to call when something is wrong.
“SEO included” — in plain terms
Everybody says SEO is included and almost nobody says what that means. Here is the whole list. Every article gets every item on it.
What it does not mean is buying links or promising a position. Nobody can promise a ranking, and anybody who does is either guessing or about to get your site penalised.
- A title tag written to be clicked, not just to contain a keyword
- A meta description that says what the page answers
- One H1 and a sensible H2/H3 structure, so the page can be skimmed
- Descriptive alt text on every image
- FAQ schema where the article genuinely answers questions, so it can show up as a rich result
- Internal links from the article to the service page it should send readers to
- Links between related articles, so one visit becomes two pages
- A clean, readable URL that will still make sense in three years
- A clear call to action at the point the reader is most likely to act
What a month looks like
The same shape every month, so you always know where things are without asking.
- Week 1
Topics confirmed
You get the month’s four titles by email. Reply with a change or reply with a thumbs up; either takes under a minute. If we do not hear back we write the plan we already agreed with you.
- Weeks 2–3
Writing and review
Articles are researched, written and sent to you in a single document. You mark anything that is wrong about your business. We fix it. There is no limit on how many times.
- Week 4
Published
All four go live on your site, formatted, linked and optimised. Nothing is left sitting in a document for you to paste in later.
- First week of the next month
The report
One email. Articles published, page views, enquiries, and the revenue you have confirmed came from them. Sent whether the month was good or bad.
